I’ve tried many of Renata’s recipes including the Breakfast Casserole, Tuna Salad, Ferrero Rocher Protein Balls, Lemon Oregano Chicken and my favourite, Roasted Nuts! I just love the recipes because they are so easy to prepare and cook. Many of them are one pot wonders, where there is little washing up at the end. Much of the ingredients are easily sourced and are ingredients that the family will consume.  

I was a little hesitant in trying some of the recipes like the ice cream because I don’t have an ice cream maker, but I love how Renata caters for that and includes easy instructions where you don’t have to feel disappointed if you don’t have all the equipment to make the recipes.  

My family and I loved the Roasted Nuts mainly because it is so easy to make and we just pop servings into zip lock bags and that’s our go-to snacks. I love it when I’m hungry and find the nuts there ready.  

I would highly recommend Nourish with Renata because she lives by what she preaches. She is someone who has pride and passion in her recipes and work and is always of service to help people live a healthy version of themselves.
